The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a bunch of petitions which sought enhanced compensation for the victims of the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy.

A Bench of Justices CK Thakker and Altamas Kabir, however, said if any of the victims was denied proper compensation, he/she can approach the Claims Tribunal for appropriate settlement of claims.
