The late Black or White singer's personal physician is said to be adamant he did nothing wrong on the night of the singer's death and will not plead guilty to a lesser charge, according to TMZ.
Murray has already pleaded not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter. A source told the website he is "confident" the same result will be reached at trial.
It has previously been reported by the website that Murray's defence will rest on a theory that Jackson killed himself by injecting a huge dose of Propofol.
