So far no one has been questioned, the plea being that everything will be narrated before the judicial commission.

A week of contradictions

The family of the deceased has rejected the official version of "cardiac arrest" and charged that he was "tortured inside the chief minister's residence and that led to his death".

Abdullah has justified calling the three - Abdul Salaam Rishi, Mohammed Yousuf Bhat and Yusuf - to his house "because he wanted to hear out both the sides to establish whether the allegations of the two of his party men against (Yusuf) had any substance or not".

The official version of the events is that "the final opinion will be available only after the receipt of FSL report".
