Police said they have also recovered the car from the

robbers. According to superintendent of police (SP) S.K.Verma, the police intercepted a Wagon R Car, which had a red beacon atop its roof on Friday night.

“On interrogation, the two men inside the car — Babloo Singh and Kapil Kumar — revealed that the car was robbed from one A. Singh, a resident of Sector 36. They told us that they wanted to live a life of luxury, for which they had committed the robbery and were planning another,” Verma said.
