Noida MMS case: Girl lodges FIR against friend

A MBA student, whose partially-clothed pictures were mailed to her classmates at a Noida college allegedly by her former companion last week, finally registered a complaint about the incident with Faridabad police, reports Kapil Datta.

A MBA student, whose partially-clothed pictures were mailed to her classmates at a Noida college allegedly by her former companion last week, finally registered a complaint about the incident with Faridabad police.

The victim, as well as the accused, named by her in the complaint as Shaan Baba, are residents of Faridabad. The complaint was filed on Monday; Noida police had claimed the girl did not complain to them.

Faridabad police’s case officer Om Prakash however told HT, Noida Police refused to lodge the FIR and the victim approached the NCW.
