The new FIR has been registered against Saurabh Chauhan, Sachin Yadav, Rohit and an unidentified person. The city police have not made any fresh arrests. The victim, a student of class 10, alleged that she was raped by one of the accused in May last year also. The new FIR has been registered in the last year’s case.

According to the victim’s family members, everyday a group of people barged into their house and threaten them to withdraw the new case.
