India's Noida Toll Bridge Co Ltd has priced its global depositary receipts (GDRs) at $3.96 each, the company said on Thursday.

The company said each GDR represents five equity shares. It plans to issue about 11.4 million GDRs to raise $45 million.

Noida Toll Bridge shares fell marginally to 35.40 rupees in a firm Mumbai market.
