Well-known industrialist and former President of Malabar Chamber of Commerce, MA Unnerikutty (74) died following cardiac arrest at a private hospital in Kozhikode on Friday, family sources said.

Founder of Sree Narayana Educational Society and a former Chairman of Karipur Airport Committee, Unnerikutty had also served as Chairman of the Sree Narayana Trust.

`Mathrubhumi' Managing Editor, PV Chandran and DCC President, M Veerankutty were among others who condoled his death.
