Aiming to provide a single platform for various media related services from net surfing to photo library creation and visual recording, a firm here has come out with a unique home entertainment computer.
"There is a huge market for digital entertainment. This product is aimed at integrating various media entertainment services and components like DVD playes, FM radio, whereby user will be able to access these services under one platform of personal computer," Parvez Diwan, founder of Exfinity, which has developed this product said here.
The product priced at around Rs 50,000 will be launched in Delhi and Bangalore market by August, he added.
The product titled as "Fusion" has a data storage capacity of 300 GB, using which data appearing on the television could be stored in the form of visual file or photo library.
"If this devise is used to record contents from television, it could store data for 15 days in a row," he added.
The company expects to sell around 150 units a month and is in talks with Real estate Mall developers like Ad Labs, Cine group for selling this product, said Diwan.
