Comedian Jerry Seinfeld has a sandwich named after him. Contactmusic.com reports that the sandwich is known as Jerry Seinfeld's Comedy Special and is created by the New York City café Peanut Butter and Co. Its menu is almost entirely devoted to peanut butter.

The sandwich consists of a toasted bagel, some peanut butter, a bit of honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Seinfeld was present for the dedication and wrote a small forward for the café's cookbook. The sandwich, he wrote, helped him get through his early days when he was a struggling comic in the 1970s.

He added that he has been a peanut butter nut since he was a kid.
