Organic food store chain '24 lettered mantra', promoted by Sresta Natural Bioproducts today launched 'ayurvedic cookies' here. The cookies have been developed in collaboration with FRLHT Bangalore.
"These are based on authentic satraps and tested for compatibility with other ingredients and palatability. This is an innovative way of incorporating health benefits in food," Sresta Managing Director Rajasekhar Reddy Seelam said today.
The store is offering a huge range of certified organic products and has developed 100 per cent whole wheat breads, caroot breads, spinach breads, ragi cookies, ayurvedic health drinks and swasth roti flour.
"We will introduce sugar free products in bakery soon," Reddy said, adding that two more stores would be operative by June end in Bangalore and Pune.
