A Municipal Councillor from Ghaziabad claimed to have exposed the nexus between the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) and builders granted licenses at a site earmarked for a Solid Waste Management (SWM) plant at Dundahera on NH-24.

"Corrupt officials committed frauds which obstructed the development of a SWM plant at Dundahera,” he said.
