The victim, identified as Mark Raymond Home, allegedly jumped off the fourth floor of his residence at 406, Sarvodaya Apartments. The reason behind the suicide attempt is believed to be his frustration over a failed relationship, according to police.

"Mark was rushed to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, where his condition is said to be critical. He is not in a condition to give any statement," a police officer said.
