THE COMMANDANT and OIC Records of AMC Centre and School Lt Gen Yogendra Singh, has taken over as Director General Medical Services (Navy), New Delhi.
As part of his farewell a special Sainik Sammelan, guard of honour, ceremonial parade and a farewell ceremony were held on May 27.
Lt Gen Yogendra Singh said: “Our corps is committed basically to patient care and we must keep improving our professional skills to meet the expectations of the clientele.”
On May 29 a ceremonial parade was held that was commanded by Colonel SN Mohanty and Lt Gen Yogendra Singh reviewed the parade and took salute.
The next day a guard of honour was presented to him by the No 1 Technical Training Battalion of the AMC.
And then later on the same day a farewell party was held as he relinquished his command before he moved to take over as Director General Medical Services (Navy), New Delhi.
