With the Thar Express back on track, another odyssey of peace between India and Pakistan has begun.
The services were shut down when India and Pakistan went on a war in 1965.
And as the Indo-Pak Joint Working Group adds another feather to its cap, media in Pakistan brands it as another "flamboyant show of goodwill".
"Despite the sometimes flamboyant shows of goodwill since the peace process started, it is disturbing to note that practically no headway has been made on any issue of substance," The Nation says in its editorial.
The paper says India should not digress from the main issue between the two neighbours, which is Kashmir.
"…India remains intransigent not only in refusing to discuss Kashmir, but also refusing to budge an inch from maximalist stands on water issues."
There are differences over the construction of a barrage by India on the Jhelum River, which starts in Jammu and Kashmir and flows into Pakistan.
