"A part of the five-storey building came crashing down this afternoon. The building - Chokshi Mansion - was in the list of dangerous buildings of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)," a fire brigade official said.

"We have rescued a few people. We are yet to identify the person who died," the official added.
