On the complaint of the victim, the police had booked the accused trio on the charge of rape on Thursday.

As per the victim, who was married at Balhemba village near Meham, on April 9, she had a quarrel with her husband, after which she called up one of her family friends, Sumit Kumar, urging him to drop her at her mother's place in Hisar.

Sumit Kumar came on his motorcycle around 9pm and took her along. But instead of dropping her at her mother's house in Hisar, he took the victim to his under-construction house at Meham. Sumit also called two of his friends, Dharmender and another unidentified, to the place and the trio allegedly gangraped here after administering her sedatives.

Meham station house officer Kuldeep Beniwal said efforts were on to trace the remaining accused.
