The matador skidded off the road and turned turtle due to reckless and fast driving by its driver in Gandhi Nagar area of Jammu city Friday morning, they said.

Vehicle conductor Gulam Nabi was killed and 4 others were injured in the mishap.

The injured have been hospitalised and the accused driver has been arrested, they said adding that a case has been registered.
