Seva Ram (45), who was running a scrap shop at Ramdora town, was trying to extract metal from a defused bomb when it went off killing him on the spot and injuring three others, police said.

The injured were rushed to a hospital in Jodhpur, they said.

He had collected the bomb from the Pokran firing range, they said.
