"It just looks like urchins throwing stones and running away. This cannot be done according to parliamentary practices," Moily said, adding that the Congress was prepared for a full-scale discussion on this issue.

He accused the Opposition of running away from their responsibility at the highest forum.

"When Parliament session is on, we are open for a debate. The prime minister has repeatedly said that we are prepared for a full-scale discussion," he said on the sidelines of an event near Chennai.

"The Opposition has chosen to throw stones and run away ... stall Parliament. This is an undemocratic method. We have nothing to hide and nothing to suppress," Moily told reporters earlier at the airport.
