Oracle offers to buy more in i-flex

The software giant wants to buy 20 per cent more in the Indian company at Rs. 1,475 ($31.9) a share.

Indian software developer i-flex solutions ltd. said on Wednesday that its controlling shareholder, Oracle Corp, has offered to buy 20 percent more of the company at Rs 1,475 ($31.9) a share.

Currently Oracle holds about 55 percent of i-flex.
