Order on Uday Pratap?s bail plea reserved
THE SPECIAL POTA court here on Tuesday reserved its order on the bail application of Uday Pratap Singh, father of UP MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya.

THE SPECIAL POTA court here on Tuesday reserved its order on the bail application of Uday Pratap Singh, father of UP MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya.
The POTA court has been constituted to try Raja Bhaiyya, his brother Member of Parliament of Pratapgarh Akshay Pratap Singh and father following a Supreme Court direction.
Complying the court's order, the Uttar Pradesh police furnished a detailed report of the elder Singh in the court and mentioned that as soon Singh recovers he would be shifted to the Jail.
