Paedophile held, 3 minors rescued

The Ghaziabad Police on Saturday night arrested a 35-year-old man, Vijay Pal Singh, for abducting minors and using them to satisfy his sexual urges. The police also rescued three children aged between 7 and 9 from Singh’s hideout, reports Peeyush Khandelwal.

The Ghaziabad Police on Saturday night arrested a 35-year-old man, Vijay Pal Singh, for abducting minors and using them to satisfy his sexual urges. The police also rescued three children aged between 7 and 9 from Singh’s hideout.

Singh, along with three children, had moved to servant quarters at house number KK-4 at Kavi Nagar, police said. Vinod Kumar, the house caretaker, said, “Late Saturday night, I heard a child screaming. When we reached there, Singh was sexually exploiting a nine-year-old boy. We handed him over to the police.”

Singh has been arrested and booked under kidnapping, unnatural offences.
