Maintaining that Pakistan has a 'wider game plan' to force migration of Hindus from Jammu and Kashmir, BJP on Wednesday asked the UPA government to tell the neighbouring country that bilateral dialogue process cannot go on if killing of innocent Hindus continued in the state.

"The situation is becoming serious in Jammu and Kashmir with terrorist activities increasing day by day causing insecurity among the people, especially minority Hindus," senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu told reporters in Jammu.

"The surge in terrorists activities is only to force Hindus migrate from the hilly districts of Jammu division under a wider Pakistani gameplan," he said.

Earlier Hindus from the valley were made to flee under such a plan, he added.

Naidu, who was in Jammu to participate in the BJP's Satyagraha against killings of Hindus, alleged that the UPA government has 'no policy, clarity, roadmap' to face the challenge in the border state.

"The government has failed miserably to safeguard the life and property of innocent citizens."

The Centre must adopt a hardline stand on terrorists, Naidu added.
