The students alleged that a question paper set during the ongoing exam was out of syllabus. They demanded cancellation of exam, while stating that majority students were unable to solve these questions. A fresh examination should be conducted, they added.

They claimed that during the past two years, paramedical students had not been able to cover their syllabus due to unfavourable circumstances like frequent earthquakes and communal tension in this region.

Paramedical students have requested the authorities concerned to consider their demand on humanitarian grounds.

They have also appealed to the minister concerned to direct the authorities to take up the matter on priority so that the X-ray stream students do not suffer any more.
