Parliament winter session from Nov 22 to Dec 19

"There will be a total of 20 sittings of the two Houses," I&B Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi said after a meeting chaired by the PM.

Parliament's winter session will be held from November 22 to December 19, it was announced on Friday.

"The Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs ... decided on the dates and sent them to the President for ratification," Information and Broadcasting Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi said after a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

"There will be a total of 20 sittings of the two Houses," he added.
