When you're in Patiala Peg, how can you not have one? Order two large drinks (60 ml each) and you'll be served (but not charged) a 75 ml drink, the classic Patiala Peg. You must order the Chak De Phatte, a cocktail combining rum, gin, vodka, tequila, triple sec and Blue Curacao in a brandy glass. One will be enough to knock you off your feet. You mustn't ignore the snacks menu. It has the usual Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Tikkas and the like, but the dishes are well-made and will go down well with your drink. The privacy the bar offers, incidentally, makes it a great hideaway for couples engaged in secret liaisons!
