Pondicherry PCC President P Shanmugham will meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi soon to discuss the strategy to be adopted in the coming assembly polls.

Talking to reporters in Pondicherry on Tuesday, Shanmugham said he had recently met various functionaries of the Congress party to ascertain their views and suggestions on the poll strategy.
