Dogne was protesting lack of water for irrigating pulses in his constituency.

Congress MLA from Harda district RK Dogne walked into the state assembly on Wednesday clad in a dhoti, wielding a lathi and also wearing spectacles to look like Mahatma Gandhi over the issue of lack of irrigation water for pulse crop in his constituency in Bhopal.
