They’re known to eat, drink and make merry. But Delhi’s Page 3 regulars admit they’re also a conscious lot, specially when it comes to saving for planet Earth. On World Environment Day today, some P3Ps share their eco mantras.

Emcee Ramneek Pantal says, “I think switching off unnecessary lights is the least we can do. I have even told my son Adhiraj, who is three-and-a-half years old, to switch off the lights in the room that is not being used.”

“Commuting by cycles is a great way to save the environment. It isn’t just healthy, but also helps the environment. The speed at which petrol is depleting, we need to look for alternatives,” says jewellery designer Naina Balsaver Ahmed.

For designer Nida Mahmood, automobile emissions are of utmost concern. “We must get our vehicles regularly checked for pollution and other problems to ensure that they don’t contaminate the environment.” “Car pool is a great idea for a better environment,” says model Donna Masih.
