Police told Special Judge SN Gupta that at this point of the investigation they did not wish to conduct narco-analysis tests on Rahul, but wished to press their request for subjecting him to brain-mapping tests.

Rahul was arrested on June 5 for illegal possession of drugs in a small quantity for personal consumption, consuming and procuring drugs, allowing premises to be used for consuming drugs, abetment and criminal conspiracy (NDPS), besides destruction of evidence under the IPC.
