PM discusses Karnataka with senior leaders

The two leaders are understood to have apprised the Prime Minister of the efforts to resolve the crisis.

The political crisis in Karnataka was discussed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with Ahmed Patel, Political Secretary to Congress President and AK Antony, who is in-charge of party affairs in the state.

The two leaders are understood to have apprised the Prime Minister of the efforts to resolve the crisis facing the Congress-JD(S) coalition in the state.

Earlier JD(S) supremo HD Deve Gowda met Congress president Sonia Gandhi and discussed the political developments in Karnataka.
