Informing this to reporters on Monday, National Security Advisor MK Narayanan said, "We have taken some decisions. Things will unfold soon."

However, he declined to elaborate on the issue.

Narayanan was here to inaugurate the ISRO Satellite Integration and Test Establishment (ISITE).

On the explosion at the Jama Masjid in New Delhi on April 14, he said it appeared to be the handiwork of a splinter group of the Lashkar-e-Taiba.

The explosions could not be dismissed as a crude one, but it was a low-intensity device. It was comparable to the 1997 blasts in the capital. However, further investigation was being carried out, he added.

Asked about the serial blasts that rocked Jammu and Kashmir on the same day, he said militants of the Jaish-e-Mohammed was involved in it.

The former CBI Director said the Indian government was willing to give a strong support to Norway, who was facilitating the talks, in ending the conflict in the Island nation. The Sri Lankan Government wanted India's strong help, but it would be only a "benign" one, he added.
