Prime Minister Manmohan Singh held a high-level meeting on Sunday night on the developments in Nepal following the intense protest against the imperialistic rule and Indian workers being asked to leave that country.
Informing this to reporters on Monday, National Security Advisor MK Narayanan said, "We have taken some decisions. Things will unfold soon."
However, he declined to elaborate on the issue.
Narayanan was here to inaugurate the ISRO Satellite Integration and Test Establishment (ISITE).
On the explosion at the Jama Masjid in New Delhi on April 14, he said it appeared to be the handiwork of a splinter group of the Lashkar-e-Taiba.
The explosions could not be dismissed as a crude one, but it was a low-intensity device. It was comparable to the 1997 blasts in the capital. However, further investigation was being carried out, he added.
Asked about the serial blasts that rocked Jammu and Kashmir on the same day, he said militants of the Jaish-e-Mohammed was involved in it.
Asked about the LTTE's refusal to participate in the second round of the Geneva talks scheduled to be held on April 24 and 25, Narayanan said it did not mean that they would break the ceasefire. However, in the event of a conflict, more refugees would come into India. "We don't want it to happen."
