Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address a political rally in Vasda, a tribal town in Navsari district of south Gujarat on December 9 while Congress president Sonia Gandhi will be addressing two rallies in Sidhpur in north Gujarat and Sevalia in Kheda district, central Gujarat on December 10.
