Police file charge sheet against Rahul

The son of slain BJP leader Pramod Mahajan is facing drug abuse charges.

Delhi Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet in Patiala House court against Rahul Mahajan, son of slain Bhartiya Janta Party leader Pramod Mahajan in the infamous drug abuse case.

In all seven people, including three Nigerian nationals, would be facing trial in the case.

The accused have been charged under Section 21, 27A, 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act) and Section 201, 120B of the IPC.
