Police write to BSE, NSE for details

The Gurgaon police have written a letter to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) to provide them the details of money invested in share market by Shivraj Puri, the main accused the Citibank fraud.

The Gurgaon police have written a letter to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) to provide them the details of money invested in share market by Shivraj Puri, the main accused the Citibank fraud.

Sources said most of money was invested in the Nifty.

“We have asked them to give the details so that we can know the money trail,” said a senior police officer.

“The problem for us is to bring back the money. We want to know other transaction details, including the dates when the investments were made,” said an officer.
