Chief Minister V.Vaithilingam has left from Yanam for Delhi on Thursday to participate in the State Finance Ministers meeting convened by the Union Finance Ministry tomorrow.
An official source told PTI today that the meeting was to discuss among other things issues relating to the Value Added Tax, Central Sales tax and other fiscal matters.

PWD Minister M O H F Shahjahan also accompanied the chief minister.
The Union Territory Cabinet had its meeting in Yanam, yesterday for the first time outside Puducherry. Yanam is an enclave of Puducherry in East Godavari District.
