The President is slated to inaugurate a seminar on Media and Governance, to be held at Haryana Institute of Public Administration at 10am.

People complained that their work with administration will get delayed by at least by one week as offices will be shut for the weekend after the visit.

On Wednesday, hundreds of people returned disappointed. “I wanted to meet the DC but he is away for a meeting,” said Madan Mishra of Harsaru village.
