Raising the matter through an adjournment notice during the zero hour in the assembly, Radha Mohan Das Agarwal of BJP said Adityanath was stopped by policmen at Ghaziabad railway station without showing him any order for doing the same.

Adityanath was evicted from the train by the policemen who kept him waiting from 8.30 in the night till 3.30 am , Agarwal said adding the MP has also suffered bruises on his hand.

Agarwal said Adityanath was travelling in the train which does not even go to the place (Tanda in Ambedkarnagar where the administration could have suspected him of going) and demanded a high-level inquiry into the incident and action against those responsible for it.

Shyam Deo Roy Chaudhary (BJP)said alleged misbehaviour with the MP only on suspicion is condemnable.
