The ADRM inspected the circulating area of Civil Lines side as well as City Side of the Junction. In addition to this, the inspection was made in the area near the entrance of platform numbers 7 to 10, informed RK Srivastava, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the NCR headquarters. Near the entrance of the platforms, the ADRM found cracked boundary walls, which often give a passage to the stray cattle as well as miscreants to the platforms. Besides, the passage between the cracked boundary walls is also frequently used by the railway passengers.

Thus to ensure that the passengers use the proper gate set up for the purpose, the ADRM asked the officers concerned that the boundary wall should be raised, said the PRO.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Senior Divisional Engineer and other senior officers were also present during the inspection.
