"The proposals were forwarded during the recent Foreign Secretary-level meeting in New Delhi," Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasnim Aslam told a media briefing here.

Asked about statements by Indian Defence Minister AK Antony that there was no change in India's stand on Siachen, she pointed to Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Muhammad Khan's recent statement after talks with his Indian counterpart in New Delhi that "we have left some ideas with India and their response is awaited".

However, she declined to elaborate.

On Kasuri's luncheon meeting with his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi on Monday, she said even though Kasuri was on a private visit to attend a wedding, the two ministers would discuss issues relating to the two countries.

Asked about statements of some Kashmiri leaders like PDP president Mehboob Mufti backing some of Pakistan President's proposals like reduction of troops to resolve Kashmir issue, she said Pervez Musharraf's proposals have found support among many in Kashmir.

Pakistan has similar agreements for Chasma-I and two others, Aslam said adding except those in India over 440 nuclear reactors all over the world have been covered by IAEA safeguards.
