PT’S ANNUAL Competency Training Programme (PACT) will begin tomorrow at PT Education Indore Centre. PT Education director Rajanish Khare told reporters here today that the training programme would be attended by 500 members from PT centres across India.
Khare further said that different sessions would be held for various PT centres. There would be separate training for administration staff, faculty members, centre managers and computer staff, he added.
PT Education senior general manager (HRG) Abha Anand mentioned that both the existing and new members of PT would attend PACT. All the information about the policy changes, study pattern and new challenges would be provided to the participants by trainers invited from various cities.
Abha stated that the growth and progress of each member is assessed in the training programme. There would be written tests, presentations and grooming sessions based on the latest trends in the training programme.
PT Education Indore centre manager Mitesh Sanghvi highlighted that an operation manual covering different topics and aspects of academics and management would be provided to each centre. He said that the policies for the next year would be declared during PACT. The complete training programme would continue for about one month with 2 days for each centre.
The problems faced by particular centres and branches would also be solved during the training programme. Each participant would be awarded with competency certificate at the end of PACT. PT Education has 45 centres across India.
