Know how to make delicious oats and carrot kheer,

Oats and carrot kheer
INGREDIENTS

1 cup oats
3 cups skim milk
2 tsp psyllium husk
1 carrot, finely chopped
10-15 almonds, peeled and grated
10-15 raisins
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp sugar to taste

METHOD
Soak oats and raisins in a cup of milk for five to seven minutes. Boil the remaining milk with the carrot in a skillet for five minutes. Add the soaked oats and raisins to this mixture and boil for five minutes. Add psyllium husk, almonds and cardamom powder and mix everything together. Serve warm or cold.
