The Samajwadi Party on Thursday announced that Rajkumar Chowdhury would be its candidate against Congress President Sonia Gandhi in the by-poll to Rae Bareli Lok Sabha constituency.
This was announced here by SP General Secretary Amar Singh at a press conference.
