Raghav Bahl sells 2.75 lakh shares of TV 18
With the latest sale, the total number of shares transferred to Network18 Fincap from Raghav Bahl stand at 12,75,000.

Television Eighteen India Ltd on Tuesday said its promoter Raghav Bahl has sold 2.75 lakh shares of the company to Network18 Fincap Pvt Ltd for Rs 18.31 crore.
With the transfer of 2.75 lakh shares as a block deal on the stock exchange at Rs 666.00 per share, the total number of shares transferred to Network18 Fincap from Raghav Bahl stand at 12,75,000, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The block deal was pursuant to the scheme of arrangement by the Delhi High Court, it added.
The shares of Television Eighteen were trading at Rs 663.85, up 0.62 per cent on the BSE.
