Sharma and Mittal, along with two domestic helps of Rahul, were questioned by a team of investigators at the Parliament Street police station in Delhi, their lawyer Ramesh Gupta said.

Gupta said that the police have also summoned Rahul, Mittal and domestic help Naresh for interrogation on Sunday at the Tughlaq Road police station.

Sources said Sharma and Mittal were quizzed on their role in the cleaning-up of Mahajan's official 7, Safdarjung Road residence and taking Rahul to Apollo Hospital respectively after the late night party on June 1.

Sharma was arrested on June 6 on charges of destruction of evidence as according to police he had ordered cleaning up of the room after the party where champagne and drugs were allegedly consumed resulting in the illness of Rahul.

The medico-legal certificate prepared by the hospital names Mittal as the person who handed over the packets to doctors.
