Rahul would address local Youth Congress office-bearers, elected recently, and select functionaries trained as resource persons to coach volunteers on various nation building activities, Puducherry Pradesh Congress chief AV Subramanian told reporters in Puducherry.

The venue of the meeting to be addressed by Rahul was yet to be decided, he said.

Rahul was on a brief visit here on February 5 when he inaugurated the Rajiv Gandhi cricket stadium at the Pondicherry University and also participated in an interaction programme with the students.
