Rajasthan Principal Secretary (Home) SN Thanvi died in Jaipur on Saturday following a massive heart attack.
Thanvi, 58, suffered the heart attack in the wee hours and was rushed to the Sawai Man Singh Hospital where he died, an official spokesman said.
