Ganganagar Sugar Mills (GSM), a Rajasthan government enterprise, is all set to launch the scented drinking water - the kind served at erstwhile royal parties in the state - for the common man.

It will come in regal packaging, but will cost the same as any other bottle of mineral water.

"The water is likely to be launched by the end of June," said OP Yadav, the GSM general manager. "It would be very well within the reach of the common man."

The plant has come up and orders for the bottling plant have been placed. The plant will initially produce 16,000 bottles a day.

The GSM products would also be sold on luxury train Place on Wheels and both Rajasthan Tourism Development Corp and heritage hotels.
