Satyanaraya Raju is the youngest of the Raju brothers. He is alleged to be the mastermind behind the screening of evidence and shifting of documents related to land purchased by SRSR Advisory Services and other companies floated by the Rajus.

The CBI, which has taken over the case, will have to move the court challenging the anticipatory bail so that the probe team can question him.

The Fourth Additional Metropolitan Sessions judge ordered Raju to surrender his passport within 10 days from the date of the order. Raju has been directed to not leave the city limits till further orders and to appear before the police as and when required for investigation or interrogation.

The second anticipatory bail application of Raju was heard on Wednesday and orders reserved for Thursday. His first bail plea was dismissed by the same court on February 13.
